Qualitest Canada’s Geotechnical Engineering division provides world class services in Geotechnical investigation which is required to obtain information on the physical properties of foundation soils, determination of foundation type for the proposed structure, and repair of distressed soil and structure due to weak subsurface conditions.

Qualitest also provides Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) to assess the potential contamination due to present and historical usage of the site and the surrounding areas, environmental testing for soil and groundwater, delineation of the contamination and remediation of the site as per the municipal, provincial and federal government guidelines. Environmental site assessment is required during subdivision application, land development, property transfer and bank financing to reduce the liability due to environmental contamination.
